Are your plants propagated by you?

Yes! Every plant has been propagated and grown by me here in Northern Ireland before finding its new home.

Where can I collect my order?

Orders can currently be collected from Oliveiras Café on Ormeau Road in Belfast. You'll receive an email when your order is ready.

Do you offer delivery?

Not at the moment. I'm focusing on local collection while The Planty Girl Co. grows, but I hope to offer more options in the future.

Will my plant look exactly like the photos?

Every plant is unique, so yours may vary slightly in size, shape and number of leaves. I'll always choose a healthy, happy plant that I'd be excited to bring home myself.

Will my plant come with care instructions?

Yes! Every plant comes with a simple care guide to help it settle into its new home.

I'm new to houseplants. Can you help me choose one?

Absolutely! Send me a message and I'll happily recommend a plant based on your space, lighting and experience.

Are your plants pet friendly?

Some are and some aren't. Every product page clearly tells you whether a plant is safe for cats and dogs, so please check before buying.

Can I ask for help after buying my plant?

Of course! If you're ever unsure about watering, light or anything else, just send me a message. I love helping people keep their plants happy.
